Hey, every artist has to start somewhere. Ask yourself whether it's you or the fear of knowing other people's comments regarding your artwork that's bringing you down. If it's you, then you need to tell yourself art is a relative thing. As with all skills practice makes perfect; but if you don't start now, how would you know if you've improved or achieved the level of mastery you want to achieve? If it's the fear of other people's comments, accept them as building blocks towards your progress. You need critique to know how to perfect your craft. Nobody's perfect, and yet everybody has his or her style. Love your abilities and always leave some room for improvement. That way you'll become better at what you do and enjoy what you're doing at the same time. Cousin, I'm telling you, you're already an artist; you just need to believe in yourself. Now get to work!

thanks..hmm actually that's really my problem there are just certain works ko na nagugustuhan ko..kaya pag pangit na di ko na tinutuloy..thanks nga kay kuya mitch(geargrinder) at binibigyan nya ako ng tips..

ako rin naman ganun ^^ sa umpisa, gusto ko ung gawa ko...tititigan ko pa yan hanggang matunaw....tapos pag lipas ng panahon pag tiningnan ko ulit, talagang yung tingin ko 'SYET WHAT IS THIS, THIS IS CRAP!' just draw and draw! yun ang sinusunod ko ngaun

oo ako din ganun..halimbawa nagdraw ako last night and then i felt good about it, pag gising ko kinabukasan at tiningnan ko yung gawa ko..bad trip..ang pangit na..well isge..thanks ha/./

yush, dont i kno what your taking about!! i post my stuff here but im not sure if ive improved and i sorta dont like most of my stuff. but my friends seem to like it and i keep going for themm. so id post something!!
